• Reservations are confirmed via email or SMS. A reservation is only valid once you have received a confirmation from us.
• Please cancel or modify your reservation at least 4 hours before the reserved time. You can do this by calling us or through the confirmation email.
• Repeated no-shows without cancellation may result in restrictions on future bookings.
• We hold your table for 15 minutes past the reserved time. If you are delayed, please let us know.
• For large groups (8+ guests), please contact us directly to discuss menu options and arrangements.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receiving periodic emails about our menus, events, and offers. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email. Your email address will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

• All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Eneracta and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
• We strive to keep all information (menus, prices, opening hours) accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that errors will not occur. Menu items and prices are subject to change.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and are not liable for any downtime.

Special events and private dining arrangements are subject to separate agreements. A deposit may be required for large group bookings or private events. Cancellation policies for events will be specified in the individual booking confirmation.

We take food allergies and dietary needs seriously. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when making your reservation or upon arrival. While we do our best to accommodate all needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment as our kitchen handles multiple allergens.

Eneracta is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Swedish law.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved by the courts of Sweden.
